Lysefjord is a dramatic fjord in Rogaland county, southwestern Norway, stretching approximately 42 kilometres inland from the Høgsfjord. It is world-famous for two iconic hikes: Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock), a sheer 604-metre cliff offering breathtaking views over the fjord, and Kjeragbolten, a boulder wedged in a mountain crevice nearly 1,000 metres above sea level. The fjord draws hikers, rock climbers, kayakers, and BASE jumpers from across the globe, with the surrounding landscape offering some of Scandinavia's most spectacular scenery.
