You'll do the same headline experiences — Plitvice Lakes, Diocletian's Palace, Hvar, the Mostar bridge, Neretva rafting, Sarajevo's food scene, Kotor's fortress hike and Durmitor's Black Lake — but book everything yourself using public buses, the scenic Sarajevo–Mostar railway, local ferries and hostels.
