A self-launched, solo-friendly version of the 5-day Bahamas Classic group tour — same islands (Nassau, New Providence, the Exuma Cays and Pig Beach), same headline experiences (Thunderball Grotto snorkelling, the swimming pigs at Big Major Cay, forts and the Queen's Staircase, rum tasting), but booked independently using public ferries, local flights, shared excursion boats and self-guided walking routes. Instead of a fully guided private vehicle and helicopter, you use the domestic Staniel Cay flights or a shared day boat, DIY the Nassau heritage walk on foot, and take a Jitney bus to Arawak Cay for fish fry. Costs are approximate GBP estimates for one person in a hostel/budget guesthouse (the original tour bars solo travellers from shared rooms and forces a single supplement — this version doesn't).
